This community is built around real men doing real work. These guidelines exist to protect that. Read them, agree to them, and hold yourself to them. If you can't, this isn't the right place for you — and that's okay.
This community runs on iron sharpening iron — not tearing each other down. Harassment, trash talk, personal attacks, or disrespectful conduct toward any member or toward Ronald will not be tolerated. You can disagree. You can challenge. You cannot demean.
The community feed and direct messages are not a marketplace. Do not use them to promote products, services, businesses, or outside programs — yours or anyone else's. If you have something worth sharing, bring it to Ronald directly and he'll decide if it belongs in the community.
Men share real things in this space. What other members share — their struggles, their failures, their progress — is shared in trust. Do not screenshot, share, or repeat outside the community what other members have disclosed here. Confidentiality is not optional.
Ronald has full authority to remove any member from the community at any time, for any conduct he deems harmful to the community or inconsistent with its values. This is not a democracy. It is a community built around a standard — and the standard will be maintained.
Once a billing cycle has started, that month is non-refundable. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. Cancellations do not trigger a refund for the current period. If you have a billing issue, email ec.pottsrd@gmail.com directly and Ronald will work with you.
